Who to contact about your medication

Edited

We’re always happy to help with clinical questions and prescriptions, but when it comes to anything related to the medication itself, the best people to speak to are the pharmacy who dispense the medication to you. In most cases, medication will be sent directly to your home address by our partners at Broadway Pharmacy.

When should you contact the pharmacy directly?

Please reach out to the pharmacy if you:

  • Have questions about the medication you’ve received (for example, if you think you’ve been sent the wrong item).

  • Want to know when your medication will arrive.

  • Need to ask about medication pricing or availability.

  • Haven’t received your payment link.

Why can’t CARE help with these queries?

At CARE, we focus on your clinical assessment and prescribing, as well as ongoing treatment monitoring and annual reviews.

After a thorough clinical review, we send your prescription to the pharmacy — and from that point, they take over. The pharmacy is responsible for:

  • Dispensing the medication

  • Managing stock and delivery

  • Setting prices and handling payments for medication

We don’t dispense medication or handle payments for medication ourselves, so the pharmacy team are the experts for all those questions!
