I can't submit my form in the patient portal

⚠️ We're sorry for any inconvenience, but DrDoctor forms currently have a 30-minute time limit for each page within each questionnaire. This means that if you spend 30 minutes or more on any single page of a questionnaire, you'll be shown an error when you try to submit your answers on the final page. If this happens, you will need to start the form again.
DrDoctor is working on a "save progress" feature, which is expected by the end of May 2025.
In the meantime, if you are having trouble completing any particular pages of a form within the 30 minute time frame, we recommend writing out the information you want to enter into the form first, and then copy and paste it into the relevant field when you work through the form.
