Can you accept referrals or bookings from people in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland?

CARE ADHD’s registration to provide healthcare services is with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates services in England. For patients accessing the Right to Choose (RTC) pathway through NHS England, we provide Services to adults registered with a GP in England.
The RTC pathway is not currently available for patients registered with a GP in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland due to different funding and regulatory arrangements in each country. We are therefore unable to receive NHS referrals for people who are not registered with a GP in England.
However, for private patients, we will be able to support patients UK-wide from 1 October 2025.
