No, the GP has to respect your Right to Choose any eligible provider in England, as long as they agree they have good reason to refer you for an adult ADHD assessment.
If your GP does not agree that you have symptoms or impairments that warrants the need for an ADHD assessment, then they do not have to refer you.
Our services are currently only available to adults in England who are over the age of 18.
