Can I come to you for medication if I have previously been diagnosed or gone through titration elsewhere? 

Yes, we can assess your treatment needs even if you have been diagnosed or gone through titration elsewhere. We will require your ADHD diagnostic report. We will review this to confirm your ADHD assessment followed NICE guidance. If the diagnostic process is unclear or does not align with NICE, we may request that you have another assessment with CARE ADHD. This is particularly important for assessments carried out outside of the UK.
