Where does the assessment take place? Do you do online assessments?

All of our assessments and clinics are conducted online via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Once we’ve received all your pre-assessment documentation, our bookings team will schedule your assessment and we’ll send you a link through which you can access the meeting.

You do not need to download anything: you can access the Teams meeting via your internet browser. This can be done either on a computer or via a mobile phone/tablet device.

We'll soon be launching our brand new patient portal through which future appointments will take place. Appointments will continue to take place via video call.
